We work closely with our customers to meet their expectations and needs, whether it is to update their current home, turning their new house into their new "home" or getting it ready to sell. We are there giving our advice and recommendations, trying to answer as many of your questions and concerns to make sure that you are comfortable with every decision that needs to be made.
Interior
There are many concerns when working with the interior of a home. Is the color is right, how many coats are needed or which kind of paint should be used, what about repairing holes or other blemishes? When we do our estimates we try to answer your questions and address any concerns you may have. We will go over our process step by step so that you are informed and know what to expect if you allow us to complete this important task for you.
Exterior
Like interior painting, we will make sure you are comfortable with the process. We will go over everything that you need to know as well as answer any questions that you may have. In addition, we will walk around the exterior of your house during the estimate and we will point out problem areas or concerns that should be addressed. We will also advice you about obtaning any HOA approvals, if needed, based on what you are looking to do. We also offer a 3 year warranty on the labor and 5 year warranty on the paint for any exterior work that we complete.
