Preparation
We will begin by pressure washing the house with bleach to remove dirt and mildew that has accumulated over time. Clean debris from gutters and downspouts, spot prime any bare wood. If applicable, we will re-nail the loose siding, caulk necessary joints as needed as well as any exterior trim. Once the prep work is completed, we will begin with the painting.

Finish
We will finalize with two walk throughs, first by ourselves and the second with the customer. Once the customer is happy with the outcome, we will begin to clean up and put any objects that were moved back to their original location.
